“Creeping Roots” was my first exploration into publication design. I experimented heavily with different methods of image making, including cyanotype, milk-bath photography, illustration, letraset, and Photoshop.

The theme of this book was loosely based around the passing of time, and all the body copy was hand-typed using a vintage typewriter.

I had used a variety of hand made papers and this book was my first attempt at book binding- which is a skill I have focused on developing in the years since making this book.
