Kingfish is a U.S based company who works in private equity. This project was done for their Pune based team. It is an employee handbook for Onboarding. It was an intense project as we had to cover many grounds while working. Right from getting to know how the company does it's current Onboarding, to getting to know the team, their team's spirit, the inside jokes and so on, to make it friendly enough, yet keeping it to the point and not missing out on any important information regarding policies and regulations. We have maintained a fun and bright visual language throughout the handbook. It is a combination of text, icons, symbols and infographics, in order to make the long texts easy to understand. First day's can be quite overwhelming, this handbook is designed to hold your hand through it!
