it's kaunastic  
Kaunas is the 2nd largest city in Lithuania and my 1st European city to visit. I spent a month as an observer in the neurosurgery department in kauno klinikos and had time to explore the city, These are some of my favorite ones 
St. Michael the Archangel's Church is one of the main attractions in the city, located at the end of Laisvės Alėja. It was inaugurated on 1895 as a Russian orthodox church.
Now as a Roman catholic one it sure went through a lot of events however never lost any of its beauty.

Laisvės Alėja is the longest pedestrian street in eastern Europe
Ramybė Park -or the Peace or Tranquility Park- is a public park established in 1959 in the territory of the Kaunas City Old Cemetery
This memorial is called Mother of Lithuanian Freedom Fighters. Made of copper and granite (sculptor Vidmantas Gylikis) shows a grieving mother.
Simonas Daukantas bridge is a pedestrian bridge across Nemunas river. it offers this spectacular view of the river
Kaunas castle, built in the 14th century to defend against the crusaders.
