Pulping of Landscapes

This project works with a transformative approach towards the materiality of paper, and the possible stimulation of emotions or senses by focusing on a more formalist aesthetic of colours and textures inspired by nature.

By deconstructing and reconstructing an ordinary material like paper and its wet pulp, the interplay of form, formlessness, and the transformation of utility introduce an authentic shift in how one views and engages with the world, by paying close attention to, and subverting the banality of the mundane and the less noticed.
