A marca foi criada com o objetivo de levar ao cotidiano um pouco do sabor do tradicional café brasileiro e apresentar novas perspectivas aos amantes de café, agregando à comunidade maior diversidade e maior número de consumidores que buscam novidades em meio ao comércio nacional da bebida.
A ideia é desenvolver uma linha experimental de Cold Brew, o café gelado que tem ganho espaço no mundo dos jovens, porém com a qualidade que o café paulista e seus sabores tem a oferecer.
