After the construction enterprise completes each item. Competent authorities will rely on drawings, consider, evaluate quality standards and can use it or not. So how will the acceptance test go through each period? Let's find out with KDHL.
1.Test category
To make it easier to understand the stages below, it can be briefly summarized for you as follows:
+ Upon completion of the items, internal acceptance will be conducted.
+ Unsatisfactory, will fix and correct.
+ If the requirements are met, the investor will be invited to take over.

2. Acceptance works
+ Dig
First of all, the ground will be cleared, the water pump system will be dismantled. Drain and dispose of unsuitable materials. Digging soil helps to change the materials distributed in house construction.

After digging the ground, they will check the quality of the excavation of the foundation pits. Review the width, length and dimensions of the foundation pit to comply with the requirements of the drawing.
+ Nail steady
The pedestals are the main sections below, enabling the upper columns to be vertical. They are linked together, helping to support the column, create force and create a strong frame for the house.

After completing the pedestal, they will review the total length and width of the Project. Next is to see the distance of the column steps, the size of the beams according to the construction drawings. Number of types of steel, installation location according to the drawing.

Next is to check the pile anchors, the height of the concrete beam. More important is the drainage system, it is necessary to consider the sample type, diameter and reasonable quantity.
+ Column reinforcement formwork
Also known as concrete molding, is a construction material. used to manufacture concrete and reinforced concrete structures to determine the quality.

To inspect the formwork, they will measure the distances from the columns, dimensions and formwork. re-check the quantity, the diameter of the street, the type of steel column and the length of the connecting steel section.
