This project is located in TOBIZE, BELGIUM. It is composed of around 150 apartment units and 50 houses. This great project was produced by the union of these great consultants and studios : 

and us as AIM-Plus Architects was part of ACE TOUCH INTERNAATIONAL as we worked on this project : 

Our scope in this project started at the design development of the layout and then the design of the units it self. We also produced the visual presentation of this project as you can see in the following images. 

Firstly, we start with the apartments building. We have 3 types as following: 14 apartments building, 21 apartments building and 28 apartments building. 

All these building we be built using pre-fabricated concrete units that will be assembled in the sit of the project. in the following images we see the design of the buildings facades:    

Secondly, we have the houses. This project contains around 55 houses that comes in form of single, double and raw houses. The houses too will be built using pre-fabricated concreate modules and so, we have designed 2 different types of houses: deep unit and shallow unit as the following images. 

The choice of the building system left us with very limited deign options for the houses facades but we managed to create a simple and modern look as seen in the following images.
