Futura is one of the most famous geometric San-serif fonts. The font is simply designed. Most of the letters are all based off simple shapes such as circles, squares, and triangles. It was very different form the fonts that were of its time. The font was also very sharp at its apex. While other fonts of its kind has very softened edges. Futura on the other hand has been sharpened at its apex and points. The font also has shapes in its family that are completely symmetrical which is also very uncommon for fonts of its nature.
