According to the EU, image creators have the right to compensation for their work being copied for private use. However, Sweden isn't following the rules and regulations. Bildbetalt.nu is a digital campaign created with the goal to change this, initiated by Bildupphovsrätt. A campaign identity, a website and animated films were produced for information and sharing on social platforms.

Bildupphovsrätt is an organisation that promotes the financial- and copyright interests of over 150 000 connected image creators worldwide. Every year around 70 million SEK is paid back to artists, photographers, illustrators, comic artists and graphic designers, enabling new images to be created.
