This video is a demonstration my final training proposal to the executive board at Tello Tech. Tello Tech is a call center service company that routes incoming calls to it clients. This company was in need of a formalized training to improve the performance of it's current and new employees. There are three parts to this demonstration that included a problem assessment, a storyboard or infographic document reflecting the problem, solution, training and return on investment. This is my journey in Instructional Design.  

"Very well done, Derek! Nice work presenting, tying in background music, including your prototype, and addressing the key points, from recommended training methods to the ROI. You were specific with your talking points and used your research and data to support it, which is highly important for the client in order for them to make a sensible decision in selecting your business. Good work creating a presentation that is both engaging for a viewer but, just as critical, supporting your proposal with real data and solutions.

I appreciated your professional manner, your integration of slides to support your talking points, and your engaging acting skills. My only recommendation would be to - if you are to use this in the future, continue building out the prototype, such as refining the design, adding media as appropriate, and using shorter statements and key points, rather than large blocks/paragraphs of text. As it is, it provides helpful highlights of the important parts of an eLearning/training - such as its consistent design, training information, interactions, and assessments/knowledge checks. Very good work integrating those parts - your hard work shows!
