It was so that the wind was turbulent enough that our tent was scraping against the turf grasses on the summit, and the moment I woke up inside our tent, I looked up and wondered why I could see the stars above me. I even asked my friends inside to make sure I wasn't dreaming, but it ended up to the point where our rainfly fluttered along with the wind.
Also, I even told them that maybe it flew directly to the ridges of Aninghalan. Haha. Luckily our rainfly was still attached to the tent poles. After that, I prepared my camera and tripod. It was so windy and dingy around 2 am, I couldn't even see where I'm stepping my foot. Time seems to slow down when I sat down and prepared to take a photo of the milky way.
The 360 views on Mt. Opao, without a doubt, is an assault on the senses.
