The United Nations recently announced the Ocean Decade, a pivotal time for science and sustainability efforts for a healthy ocean. Together, Adobe and The Ocean Agency are working with artists to inspire support for ocean conservation. Let's create art and create waves.
I was inspired by the artwork created for this campaign and I decided to use linework for this piece. The ocean is at the front line of climate change and it’s in serious trouble. Let’s be the generation to save it. The focus of the piece is the sea life and sea creatures and conveying how important it is to save the ocean.

We’ve only got one ocean and one chance to take care of it. What happens in this one part of the ocean impacts the entire ocean.

If you would like to create ocean artwork, you can find some free assets here.

Augmented Reality in Adobe Aero on the iPad
I took the liberty to bring the artwork to Adobe Aero on the iPad and captured an augmented reality video! I've added some behaviours to the layers after exporting it for Aero from Photoshop and brought the piece to life!
Here's a little process video and a brief explanation of how I created the artwork.

Thanks for taking a look! I hope with this artwork coming to life, it has been a reminder of what is important and that conserving the ocean this decade is a priority, not a choice.
