Considering historical, contemporary and future scenarios to design a mixed-use facility that meets the aspirational needs and physical requirements within the ‘community’. Creating an identity that will integrate the experiential quality of the interior and exterior spaces and serve as the public interface to the broader community. The intent for this disused building is to reinvigorate the town, create social cohesion and provide opportunities for meaningful connections and activities that don’t currently exist.
