Using lines and symbols that look like writing, but do not have any meaning
By setting up a 4 by 4 grid and drawing diagonal lines on it, i can create these rune-like symbols that resemble writing
Add a bit of colour and some silk-like noise generated lines and you get this:
I think it has a sort of olympics feel to it, and it's fun to imagine a world where these are posters for a big event
This was a smaller project for me to see what I could create in a few hours, and I'm really pleased with the result
