This series of drawing is made by Kyle T. Webster during our bi-weekly (if this means every two weeks) sessions on Adobe Live IN FRENCH. Kyle picks a theme with the help of the audience and polls theme regularly to know what will be the next subject.

Another delightful brush story by Kyle T. Webster who showcased the brand new assets he designed, and brushes named after songs or albums from David Bowie.

Summer is coming. New brushes might come too, and Kyle gave us a glimpse on what would soon be on your screens, wether Photoshop or Fresco.
During this session, we also had a view on the steps to add texture to the frisbee dog via simple color adjustments and quickly painted layers.

This one happens only once a year, but it's always a delight. This also was a good occasion to go down memory lane and explore Kyle's Tumblr where you will enjoy SOOOOO MANY different styles and use of art brushes + the cheatsheets of all the brush sets ! And today's serie is the followup of 7 years ago starwars session with very expressive lineart.

It's already spring ! Let's get outside. After asking the crowd, Kyle proposed 3 different situations and activities to showcase what could be done with a few brushes.

When Kyle told me about "mystery", I thought we would be inside a game of Cluedo, with colored characters, equipment and rooms. But he ended doing an animation with some clever tricks that you can discover in the replay !

This time, it was all about music, and a couple of brushes from the megapack.

First drawing, for the polka dots guitar, Kyle went to Megapack > Paintbox > Watercolor Fill for the fill and ​Megapack > Inkbox > Fountania Diffuse for the line.

Second one, started on a selection for the shape, Spring 2020 > Braque for the saxophone and ​Megapack > Kyle's Drawing Box - Grit Smudge for the character's clothing.
Another point we talked about were the new features for Adobe ​Fresco, 3.4 :

Hide show other layer, Tilt and Rotation for vector brushes, resize docs on iOs and create and edit text on Windows.

How do you make gouache in Fresco? With Multicolor samples from the eyedropper tool! If you wanna see more, watch Kyle's Fantasy replay in French!
We didn't catch a dragon (although we had a glimpse of it) but found a knight, a sorcerer and a faerie!

Today was all about Concept Art and Character Design. Using Fresco for drawing and sculpting matter. We opened the session with a flock of animated birds on motion paths.

Selections, vector shapes imported from Adobe Capture, using those as stamps to color or fill an area, yet so many other ways to use those beautiful tools.

Following the launch of the winter brushes, Kyle gave us a direct show of the way to use those.

We had a faces session with Kyle. Here are some work in progress of the illustrations done on Photoshop, desktop.

Latest session was excellent as everytime. This time, sports ! Soccer, skydiving and tennis. Dynamic shapes and various brushes by Kyle, on Fresco / iPad.

Interestingly, Kyle mentioned that he already has a great YouTube video channel, where he pushes regular content on Photoshop and Fresco: tips and tricks, inspiration and how to get the most of your apps and brushes!

First session on October 5th, the Halloween month, called for monsters. We got a killer rabbit (yes, Monty Python), a vampire pumpkin and a friendly monster.

It was also a good occasion to share the links to the new october CC library with Brushes and Shapes for your favorite apps

Second session on september 21st, this time, we went on "Food" and picked a few tricks on Photoshop's Brushes.

Our very first session on Sept. 7th 2021, the audience picked the "Animals" theme.
