Desafio
Criar nome, conceito, material de lançamento, imagens 3D, plantas humanizadas e website para o novo empreendimento da empresa, valorizando sua localização e o significado de morar naquele edifício. Utilizar da tendência escandinava dos interiores do residencial para valorizar o bem-estar e focar nos espaços de lazer projetados para família e amigos.

O nome Nort Hill surgiu seguindo o conceito do Norte verdadeiro, que auxilia na direção para ver as coisas com mais detalhes e perceber a nossa própria natureza. E a palavra Hill (colina em inglês) simboliza a localização na região alta da cidade. Queríamos enxergar o norte do topo, um lugar onde podemos recapturar a maravilha de estarmos vivos.
O processo de criação do projeto arquitetônico do Nort Hill buscou linhas retas e formas minimalistas para marcar uma arquitetura contemporânea. O equilíbrio das cores e os materiais adotados na fachada conferem ao edifício um ar altivo e ao mesmo tempo acolhedor marcando presença em sua região.
Partindo do conceito e do naming, desenvolvemos um discurso totalmente voltado ao aconchego e intimidade. E criamos materiais para o lançamento do empreendimento que conversam com a identidade visual, como catálogo, artes para tapume e PDV, peças para redes sociais e layout para website.

Solution
The name Nort Hill came about following the concept of true North, which helps the direction to see things in more detail and realize our own nature. And the word Hill symbolizes the location in the upper part of the city. We wanted to see north from the top, a place where we can recapture the wonder of being alive.

The creation process of the Nort Hill architectural project sought straight lines and minimalist shapes to mark a contemporary architecture. The balance of colors and the materials used in the facade give the building a lofty and at the same time welcoming air, marking its presence in its region.
Starting from the concept and naming, we developed a discourse totally focused on coziness and intimacy. And we created materials for the launch of the project that speak to the visual identity, such as a catalogue, layout for the website, art for siding, POS and social networks.
