INTROSPECTACLE
This project is dedicated to exploring experience of introspection, through a view behind the surface of canvas and primal image. It is an intimate spectacle, which leads to the image of universal unity between the male and female principles. Through a persistent process of encountering his inner feminine nature and feminine side, guided by the truth that one never embarks on the spiritual adventure of painting without the necessary knowledge of oneself, the author reveals himself with this series of „self portraits“.
The presented works were created in the period from 2016 to 2021, through patient listening to the pulse from the depths of the unconscious. The result of this experiment is materialized in paintings, which represent some sort of a signpost towards the understanding the necessity of breaking the vicious circle of searching for an idealized projection of the soul within external woman.
