The project was conversion of a residential bungalow into a center for blind children. The bungalow is located in a beautiful hill station and it is a little away from the main town. People with low vision can also experience decreased color perception. So it is still possible to use color to enhance independence, safety and accessibility.
~Inside the multi sensory room all four surfaces are designed to be interacted with. ~Touch begins with the basic shapes and then moves to texture and complex shapes.
The lighting is designed to exercise and stimulate visibility in low vision children.
