Designs were developed general process of ordering food through this site. New customer experience and interface design were based on research, Customer Journey Mapping, and UX tests.

Right from the start, we learned what goals are expected and when we will know that we have achieved success and how we can measure it. After the initial analysis, we identified our target users with their goals and expectations from the experience.

We created low-precision wireframes to study functional capabilities, understand user behavior, and prioritize interface elements that contain in-depth information about important process steps in order to enhance them.

The Wireframe prototype was tested with users. The purpose of the first tests was to check the ease of use and preliminary check of the solution compliance with the customer's needs. The prototype was re-examined and repeatedly tested in order to obtain a version that could not be painted.

Eventually, on the basis of the accumulated knowledge we have created a modern, easy and understandable user interface for maximum simplification of the buyer's path. We also used captivating photos to help you identify the types of kitchens you want to purchase and understand the process faster.

The prototype residual experience was tested with the clients. All basic aspects of the client experience were studied. After making corrections resulting from the research, the residual prototype became the starting point for the system design, and then further design work began, aimed at creating a solution.

Statistics show that today about 30% of users access the Internet using a mobile device, be it a tablet or a smartphone.
At the same time, they do not just spend time in social networks, they actively search for the goods and services they need, shop online - in general, they do everything the same as they do on standard personal computers. That's why we also developed the design for other devices.
