Branding & strategy: Pahiya.
We created a feed plan for Instagram the first time around itself. Our reasoning for this was easy and image-based nature of the app. Additionally, the largest majority of our target audience can be found on the app. Through our research, we also saw that IG already had a community of travellers and van-life aspirants who could be our potential business for us. Finally, the FOMO phenomenon can be played to our advantage. This refers to the ocean of content that people see on IG every day of people enjoying their lives. According to the Social comparison theory by Leon Festinger, people have an innate drive to evaluate themselves, often in comparison to others and this can drive sales. The travel enthusiasts page, that’ll feature insides of the caravan, personal anecdotes/reviews/ from the clients and reviews of the journey. It’ll also host collaborations and their product amalgamation in the caravan. There’ll be a couple of Instagram stories that are mostly interactive and spread knowledge on travelling sustainably.
