The objective of the assignment was to achieve proficient technical and aesthetic skills by using various tools in Adobe Photoshop. a pressure-sensitive stylus and drawing tablet and painted over it. After sketching, we applied the key colors without focusing on blending just yet. Blending colors is an essential in creating a smooth and three dimensional effect on the artwork. And the mixer brush was being the most common tool when blending.
Reflection
This artwork was my first assignment for this course by using Adobe Photoshop in my first-year degree. Before studying in this course, I had never experienced Adobe Photoshop. Therefore, this digital painting was my first time to run into the Adobe Suite application. Although this artwork was unsatisfactory, I tried drawing for the first time. Thus, I decide to upload it on my Behance profile because I am going to have the perfect starting point instead of waiting to be perfect.
