A group photography project in which our group produced self-portraits with the idea of describing our personality and identity through projection of 20 self-describing words. After some testing we decided on using the typeface Trebuchet at 7/9pt, as this was legible when projected whilst being at a comfortable distance from the projector. In studio we used a black background and no flash in order to maintain focus on the facial features only, and to maintain clarity of the projection. The focus of the images were to be the face only with emphasis on the projected words and the subject's eyes to further convey their identity.
