CNC Milling Machine

Design and executive study of a programmed milling machine 3-AXIS [CNC]​​​​​​​
The aim of this project is to build, design, manufacture and assemble for mini programmable milling machine. Also, programming and implementing its own control program.

The manufacturing process of automatic parts is done by using the computer controller to drive motors that move each axis of the machine.
The machine performs various operations on several types of wood (separating, drilling, cleaning surfaces, protruding shapes, simple three-dimensional shapes)
This is done by the computer so that the design of the first segment to be run by various engineering CAD drawing and externalized format G-code programs and then program the machine to read the G-code file to be executed accurately on the machine program.
Draw every piece in the machine on CAD software [ SolidWorks ], then assemble all the pieces drawn to get the final shape of the machine.

Calculate the cutting force, calculate the force acting on each bearing, study cases of application of force on [ Excel ] and Select the most dangerous condition affecting each bearing.

Choosing the appropriate roller bearings according to the previous study, study the bending of the rods according to the hazardous situation according to each axis and choose the appropriate diameter for the rods of each axis in the machine.
