A life long passion for aviators
I've always been very passionate about avaitors. To me it's a work of art.

Some people tho, might see aviators as a rather crazy invention. Therefore, I will provide you with some interesting facts about aviators, which you probably haven't heard of.

And maybe, these facts can help you get rid of your fear of flying.

1.
Have you ever bought a snack or a meal and wondered why it tastes different while up in the air? Or why airplane food is not always the most enjoyable food to eat? The reason is that the atmospheric conditions in the air change the way you taste the food. The dry and thin air in the plane dehydrates your nose, mouth as well as your taste buds, which is why some foods may seem very bland, why others actually taste more intense and better.

2.
Imagine you have two pilots. One chooses the meal with chicken and so does the other. Imagine that the food is poisened. That scenario may be relatively unlikely, but for safety reasons, pilots are not allowed to eat the same meal.

3.
Can you bring you house on a plane? Not immedialty, but in fact, there is actually a plane that can transport a 4-storey house. "Mirya" is the world's largest house aircraft and it is a cargo aircraft. While it does not transport houses, however, it can carry up to 250 tons, which is equivalent to a 4-storey house or 52 adult elephants.

4.
Some airlines do not have a seat number 13, as many passengers consider this number to be cursed. Reno Air was the first airline not to include seat number 13, and since then both AirFrance, Lufthansa and Alaska Airlines have also omitted seat number 13 from their fleet.
