The $2.9 billion, 4,000 room property emerging on the Las Vegas strip was to be a sister property of the iconic 1950s-era Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The emerging Vegas location needed a resort branding initiative that embodied the fast-paced yet boldly impressive spirit of Sin City, and we were just the people to do it.
