Ginger Bread House w/ Anna Polyviou
"Largest gingerbread house in the southern hemisphere"
Westfield Sydney approached us with a unique opportunity to work with Anna Polyviou to design, develop and construct the largest gingerbread house in the southern hemisphere. I was charged with leading the project for concept to installation including the creative direction of the entire installation. The client requested a 'Modern Australian Beach House" style gingerbread with accompanying elements. The final install consisted of a large plywood structure covered in gingerbread, faux pool, umbrella, deck chair, letterbox and clothes line. It was additionally paired with POS areas for Anna and her team to sell their baked goods.
