While working from Bechtel's London office in 2017, I had the opportunity to design a print ad for The Telegraph, a daily national British newspaper. Along with the Print I also designed a web ad and skin for the background of their website. In The Telegraph's Women in Engineering issue, they published an article about two of Bechtel's female engineers working on the London Crossrail project. To make the most of this article, Bechtel wanted to highlight the work they are doing to promote diversity in their organization.
