In 1962 I moved from the hustle of big city life in South Philadelphia to then a less than cosmopoilitan Charleston SC. The beauty of the city is undeniable to this day but the sounds, scents, and scenes of surrounding coastal marshes, sands, and waters made my heart race and thump then and now. My coastal images are varied since I am trying to capture not only eye pleasing scenes but also that culture which defines coastal living. Thus you will see an image of a rocker on a sea facing porch, or a modern bridge spanning marshes, or a ocean sunrise with a thousand million colors. Enjoy.
