Naming / Branding Ancla

For the logo, we proposed a serif font that portraits the boutique aspect of the brand, mixed with a sans serif representing the modern approach the brand has to Real Estate. The color palette evokes luxury but warmness, nodding to the customer experience.

For the Icon, we represent the key elements of the brand concept. Behind the idea “Anchoring in the place we love,” we named this boutique Real Estate firm “Ancla,” portraying how users can feel safe just to drop their anchor in their new home and enjoy it. The “A” has elements that visually weigh down the look, helping reinforce the concept.
For the brand applications, we simplify all the information the user needs to make an informed decision about their next house or office. With that in mind, we created icons that simplify the key information. This simplified look appeals to a luxury and boutique feel, which are the brand's core values.
