"Washington Heights" was a series of photographs I took while in the organization NYC SALT, in which we took picture of my home town in NYC, Washington Heights.

It's an area full of Dominican culture that warms the soul; I wanted to capture the landmarks on my neighborhood, the Washington Bridge, the sense of familiar community, my friends, and the sense of piece I feel there no matter what kind of craziness is actually surrounding me.
