The Advantages of matching photo technique exercise
Easy to learn and develop a good taste and a sharp eye for composition, values and their relations. Artistic decisions are already made for you and they been made by masters. You don't need to walk their full path of trial and errors. It is easier to make your masterpiece stepping on the shoulders of the Giants. Besides it is not a shame because however hard you will try there will be always added value component, your unique inner vision.
You will learn new techniques, seeing the world through the eyes of great photographers. You will combine the good design and architecture with a visual component from the guy behind the camera adding to your composition.
You will develop resourses and skills to bring to your own creative work. A bank of knowledge about color and techniques will be developed and if this exercise will be adopted your sense of beauty will be installed on your brain and your effectiveness will be tremendously improved.
The verdict
Definitely positive. Worth the time and efforts. Recomended as a regular training exercise for companies who cares about their workers and their prestige. Consider the time and money spent on your employees creative training as an investment in your resourses. People will always respond positive and will always chose real values instead of additional salary rise. Let the Creative Force be with you.
