In the May of 2021, my brother and I were able to find a restaurant suitable for a short term pop-up, we had wanted to serve out our mom's famous grilled chicken for some time, so we set out creating our brand from scratch.

Logo Renditions
The name came from the Friggitello pepper native to the Mediterranean and so our logo had to resemble the pepper, all while bringing about a modern simplistic touch, with some freshness and color.
Our whole idea was to carry the homestyle cooking our mum had raised us with, all while giving it a modern touch. Creating healthy, easy to eat food without compromising on taste. We started forming our menu around our famous grilled chicken, gyro, steamed flat breads and most importantly our white sauce and Friggitello Peppers.
