The First Time is a transmedia narrative about the first-time use of technologies. The video is a mashup of first-person interviews, history bits and appropriated content from the internet; it was also my first time working with film editing. I sought to juxtapose past and current uses of technology and examine authorship and storytelling in the digital age.
