ABOUT

One side of the site overlooks a small river. It was optimal to provide a view of the river from any point. The recreation area consists of a bathhouse and all the necessary facilities, a relaxation area at the table, sun loungers on the street overlooking the river, an open vat for outdoor procedures.

In total, the building has two zones. The first is a garage with panoramic windows. The second is a Bathhouse with a terrace and a vat.

CONCEPT

It was necessary to develop a garage for one car and a place for a motorcycle, a bath complex and a recreation area. The structure with panoramic windows, with a concrete facade and a flat roof fit into the existing buildings as much as possible. Thus, our team managed to combine all the zones on the site. From each work area or recreation area - all the main attractions and areas for children are viewed.

The building with a bathhouse was the final stage in the improvement of the backyard for a private house. So from any recreation area it is possible to see what is happening in another. Each zone is viewed and it is possible to leave children at any of the points.
The basis of the architectural style was concrete and glass. The roof is flat with the possibility of maintenance and placement of solar panels there

GARAGE

The garage is made for one car. The vehicle is mounted on a turntable. Also in the garage there is a place for a sports bike and small parts.

DESIGN

The interior design of the bath is as simple as possible. Here is located - a recreation area, a steam room area, a shower area, an entrance group and a toilet. Small kitchen and large windows overlooking the river
