I improved the usability and design of splash screen for the app, helping to access quickly to the most important functionality of the company.
UX Process

1. Know the business requirements and target users as first step is vital to discover how blend they needs for the success of the project/solution.
2. Creating personas to know the user needs will give us a rout to achieve both business and users objectives.
3. Sketching the concept, creating prototypes and design the look and feel to present them to stake holders to have an idea of how it will look like and behaves the new solution.
4. Testing the project with users and gathering the data will tell us if need any tweak / review or redesign before develop and release.
