The dental clinic is located on the first floor of a residential high-rise building in the business center of Kharkiv.
The clinic has been designed for a family run business. Main clients’ wish was to escape the cold atmosphere of a medical institution but at the same time to combine minimalism and shapes purity with a feeling of home comfort.
The clinic has been designed for a family run business. Main clients’ wish was to escape the cold atmosphere of a medical institution but at the same time to combine minimalism and shapes purity with a feeling of home comfort.
There is little natural light indoors. So translucent glass partitions were provided between medical premises and the hall to let more light into them, this solution also expands the space. The dark volume of restrooms is an accent and a visual benchmark against the light partition structures.
A treatment room / kids treatment room is intended for both young patients and adults if necessary. Pastel blue and pink colors create playful and relaxed atmosphere for kids` comfort.
Surgery room. Despite the general austerity, a room has a zone with more intimate atmosphere. It has warm wood finishing and aimed for patients` relaxation after operations or for communication between a physician and visitors.
Restrooms also have the same mood of strictness combined with warmness of wood and additional lighting.
