Ayam Penyet (Javanese for "smashed fried chicken") is an Indonesian fried
chicken dish made with fried chicken that has been smashed with a pestle against a
mortar to soften it, and served with sambal, cucumber slices, fried tofu, and tempeh.
Playing around with the idea of hammer smashed chicken while also having the idea of customers watching through the glass has made the illustrations more lively.
