The Client wanted to amplified the minimum space in the lot hence the use of full height glass panels. Having somewhat an open plan for the kitchen and the dining area that is adjacent to the living area.
View of the dining area where fluted panels were used in this side of the wall. The purpose of the panels were to hide the guest room door.
The Client wanted to have a direct access to the lanai from the kitchen and the living area. Marble countertops were used in this project.
The Client wanted to have a minimalist look in the kitchen. They don't even want to have an exhaust hood that is why there is a glass partition between the dining area and the living area to block the smell when they are cooking.
