STORY BOARDING
A task is given by our mentor to make a storyboard from a story of a school kid. We are given templates to make story board from our own story.
Now, I came up with my own story by following these tips as my previous assignment was completed which are
Character: A School kid
Back story- Age : 9, Skin Colour: Fair, Hight: 4 to 4.5 feet, Habit: Always watches TV/ mobile...playful, Like to dance, Interested in outdoor games, Parents: Labour class, Lives in a city.
Style : Cartoon style /Simplified
Appearance: Animation, Movie, Cartoon, Game, Graphic Design, Branding
STORY:
Title: A School Boy and A Snake
Once upon a time, Rishi was returning home to school with his father. He was very happy that day. He saw a snake. He knew it's dangerous if bites someone. He heard it from his grandmother. Suddenly, Rishi noticed that it was coming towards them by crossing the road. At the sametime a car was also coming in a high speed and it was very close to the snake, and in a glance smashed it down in the road. Rishi got scared watching this and started to cry badly. His father tried to calm his down. After that, they went home.
SCRIPT:
[ SUMMER AFTERNOON-EXTERIOR]
Rishi is returning home in a dancing way with his father. Road is almost empty
[ON THE ROAD - AFTERNOON]
Rishi is walking on the road carrying his bag, and water bottle with his father.
Father: How was your day?
Rishi: It was good.
Father: Did you finish your tiffin?
Rishi: (Looking up towards his father) No, Dad. I couldn't.
Father: Did you drink all the water?
Rishi: Yes, Dad.
[Suddenly, Rishi looks back hearing a sound]
Rishi saw a snake.
Rishi was walking looking back by holding his father's finger.
[Rishi noticed that snake is coming towards them by crossing the road.]
He also notices a car is also running in a high speed. It is very close to the snake.
In a glimpse, it is smashed it down on the road.
Rishi got scared and started crying badly.
[Rishi's father bend himself down.]
Father: Stop! Stop! What happens?
Rishi: (shows him the sight by his finger) Starts crying more loudly.
Father: (tries to calm his down) Stop...! my child.
he lifts him up to his lap. Then, they starts walking towards home.

STORY BOARD:
LEARNING OUTCOME: Through this project, I learnt, how to make shots for a film from different angle to show the audience what is happening in that scene. It was a challenge for me also to make each an every shot to scribble in a drawing. So I tried my level best to scribble all the scene and every shot from my imagination. Lastly, I want to say that I enjoyed a lot making this project.
