This is a video-turned gif made in Adobe Photoshop. I learned how to do this by going on Adobe.com and looking at the tutorial on how to turn a series of photos into a gif but they had n area where you could choose a video so I tried it. My experience was alright it's not what I wanted in the end. I had a hard time trying to add effects to the video to make it pop out more. I didn't see the changes I made so I went with an easier approach and changed the gradient and colors to make them look more cartoon than sharp. other than the set back I feel like next time I will like the result.
