THE CLIENT
Empleotecnia is a company founded in 2019 by young interdisciplinary professionals, dedicated to managing talentsĀ for national and multinational companies, implementing formation, selection and recruitment programs. In addition, a network of talents made up of students and young professionals interested in complementing their skills is developed and managed. Through training courses,Ā events and various programs, talents acquire new skills and knowledge in the use of tools for the workplace.
THE OBJECTIVE
Design a new Brand and Identity System that manages to unify and categorize the different activities carried out in Empleotecnia.
DESIGN SOLUTION
To representĀ EmpleotecniaĀ“s categories (courses, postgraduate courses, job searches, and events), I designed a different iconography built from geometric figures on the same square-based grid, inspired by the brand's logo, which is made up of four squares.
The flexibility of the icons allowed me to create patterns and textures that I included in the different graphic compositions.Ā
For each iconography I designated a different color palette to differentiate them from each other. It presents vibrantĀ colors since the public to which the brand is directed are young people, mostly university students. However, companies and institutions also have a large participation, which is why formality and sophistication were taken into account when using black as the main base color.
