The Art of Gratitude
For this project, we were tasked with creating a graphic that would serve as the cover of a 'Thank You' card. We designed the front of the card using the best of our sketches, as well as inspirations from the internet. Through InDesign, we then created printing templates with the purpose of producing a mockup of the card itself.
My initial design was based off one of my other sketches, but I later decided to switch it in an effort to make the slogan tie in to the design more adequately.
After I had my final design ready to use, my next step was creating a template ready for printing. This step also consisted of creating the other three sides of the card, which means adding a backside to the graphic, a phrase inside the card, and contact information on the back.
Once Printing was complete, all that was left to do was to cut, glue, and fold.
