I choose this picture that I took form my garden a few years back at home. I tired editing the contrast and I really liked the result to I wanted to carry on with it. 

I then tried to sketch the rose in different brush patterns. I chose the last one for my filling since it gave me options to use a lot of shades which could help me form a 3d effect. 

I used about 3 to four different colors to bring out this effect in the rose. This was my final finish of the rose. 

I explored textures using the various brush effects. 

I used a sketch of my mandala art and changed it into vector to use it in my scarf.

This was my final design for the scarf and I loved how it turned out. Think about it I never expected to end up with this as when I started I did not have this outcome in my mind at all.
