Underwater City
This project was to demonstrate my skills to composite two subjects in an underwater scene and attempt to match tonal contrast, film grain, atmospheric conditions, lighting, focus, and other challenging roadblocks. I took this assignment as an opportunity to practice my photobashing skills. I ran into a few difficulties trying to keep a nondestructive workflow but in the end I was happy with my result.
The images above are what I used to build the image. I also included the design plan for the whale that I did so that the whale had a more alien look. All of the tools I used to complete my final design were in photoshop.
