Selected diptychs from the series Sacred. The work draws parallels between the architecture of places of worship and the architecture of secular settings. Sacred functions as proof that the world is not divided into sacred and secular. One can feel spiritual outside a place of worship. One can see holiness in lighting and color. The idea of something being sacred is up to one’s perception.
