I went out West for much the same reasons the pioneers did, a job. I moved to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and spent 18 months there. I call it my life in the bush, most of the photos are from Northern Arizona but some are from an area between Phoenix and Tuscon as well as Western Arizona around Ashfork and Prescott. Off of 40 heading  west. After a good year plus away I find myself still studying these photos and trying to edit them down to a handful that exemplify,not only my experiences but my reaction to the landscape and a sense of place I had.
