"The world. City. Circus” is an animation project inspired by childhood drawings. When making short films, I interpret my old drawings in my current style and create new stories based on memories. While the childhood aspect is important to me, I don’t create animations specifically for children. By including elements of absurdity and black humor in the stories, I raise questions on the issues of ecology, pollution, passivity of society, people's beliefs, universe and self perception. As a result there’s three cartoons reflecting the position - the world is a circus.
