It was never cool to exclude people, and podcasts that lack transcriptions exclude entire segments of society. Consider whether anyone in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Communities might be interested in what you have to say.

People who do not share your first language and those with auditory processing issues can benefit from accessing both audio and a transcript.

Transcriptions of your podcast audio can help with SEO, which will benefit your marketing strategy. Search engines look for written words. When you include your key phrases in your transcript, search engines can find you — and, more importantly, your listeners can find you.

Your podcast episode does have a title and a brief description that search engines can read. However, these summarize what you're discussing and will not get you very far in SEO.

Podcast transcripts are also helpful for listeners who want to remember what you said but don't have time to listen to your entire episode again.

1) If your audio contains a native American or Britain English, I have software, and It will automatically give me a rough draft of the transcription. Then I will listen to the audio again and make the necessary changes. That will consume less time.

2) If your audio does not contain a native English accent, I will listen to the podcast from the beginning and will do the transcribing by myself. After that, I have an assistant who will double-check my transcription.  

We usually make the transcription in a word doc in a script format. If the client has any other preferable way, we are also willing to follow that method.
