Dutch startup SOLID EV approached us to create a limited-edition electric motorcycle to demonstrate their powertrain technology. We took a highly modular, product-like approach, using cost-effective materials such as sheet metal to build a self-supporting monocoque frame that also forms the exterior of this brutalist motorcycle. And yes, this thing was actually built.
