I spent hours in Wynwood that day, shooting somewhere around 100 photographs. This one caught my eye because even though the scale of the mannequin was massive, still the silhouette of the woman was the one that depicted the strength and resilience I needed to feel.

This is my fifth photograph in my NFT Collection, “In Between”. At times I find myself running around with so many things in my mind and lost. Could it be because I am distracted by storefronts and their glamor? … missing out on moments since I was drawn to my smartphone...

At age 19, I worked as a nanny in London, UK, looking after kids, cleaning, and working long hours. At times, I felt in between who I really was - fragile, and whom I pretended to be - tough… still I kept walking.

Since moving to Miami, I have learned so much about the culture and that it has so much to offer beyond its colors and curves. Many of us miss the moment while focusing on the shiny and sexy objects every day…

There is so much to see if only we looked enough. The reason I picked this photo is the reaching hand. No matter how deep troubles I had, there was always a reaching hand to pull me and give me hope.

Each storefront has its own story, and I feel like I can see a little bit of the soul of the city when I'm walking down the streets. The storefront in Miami with the golden Dinosaur statue inside is no different. I love how it reflects the urban life outside. The guy walking by outside is just a blur, but in the reflection, he looks like he's part of the artwork. It's a beautiful metaphor for how we're all connected.

All of us look very different from each other; no matter where we are from, or where we hope to go, we are all connected to one another,  if only we changed our perspective just a tiny bit we will see a new world.

The Walking sign with taped eyes is what got me on the photo. It reminded me to open my eyes pay attention to things I look at, recognize people from all walks of life, smell the air and stay in the moment.

Storefronts are the windows into the soul of a city. They reflect the culture, the aspirations, and the dreams of those who live there. For me, they are also a personal connection to my past. I grew up in a city, and the storefronts were always a part of my urban landscape.

Storefronts they're like giant artwork, and each one is unique. I love the way they reflect the urban life happening on the streets and the way that passersby can suddenly become part of the art.

I see storefronts as the urban equivalent of a family portrait. This storefront in Miami is a close-up view of a male mannequin, and the guy walking by dressed in a tank top and hat is a perfect reflection of the mannequin. It's as if they are two halves of the same person.

Storefronts always hold a special place in my heart. They're like a window into the soul of a city, and I love how they can reflect the unique character of a place. In my hometown of Miami, storefronts are a vibrant part of urban life.

Storefronts show us who we are and who we want to be. Lately, I've been thinking about them as a metaphor for our times. Our world is changing, and so are our storefronts.

Storefront windows are like reflections of life. They show us what is happening on the other side of the glass, but we can never quite reach it. We are meant to look but never touch.

All storefronts have their own unique style and feel, and it's always fun to see what's on display. I was walking down the street in Miami, and I saw this storefront with a female mannequin wearing an orange dress. I thought it was so pretty, and I loved the color.

One of my favorite shots is of two male mannequins in a Miami storefront, their shadows stretching out onto the street. They look like giants compared to the Hotel Tiffany.

Storefronts are like little windows into other worlds. There's something about them that just makes me feel so connected to the city, like they are reflections of all the different people and personalities that make up the fabric of urban life.

I remember when I first moved to the city and saw all the storefronts. I was in awe of all the different colors and styles. The storefronts were like a feast for the eyes. I would spend hours walking around, taking in all the sights and sounds of the city.
